I'm a very small business and only have a few employees. Will I get the same level of service as a large company?

ABSOLUTELY! We provide our services to companies of all sizes that outsource their network and systems management.

How much do your services cost?

We know it gets very frustrating researching IT support businesses that don't post their rates on their websites. You can find a copy of our fee schedule here. Please keep in mind that these rates only reflect our labor and do not include equipment purchases or other 3rd party services. Also, most of our clients opt to enter a service contract with us. Because these rates are based on their size and system complexity, they are highly variable. Please note that rates are subject to change at anytime without notice.

I have highly sensitive and proprietary data. How do you plan on protecting it?

The biggest security risk in the world of information technology is the people interacting with the system. All of our team is highly vetted and credentialed. All of our work orders and service contracts contain non-disclosure agreements to protect our clients. On occasion, we ask that we can publish photos of our work without any reference to your business or any of your data. This is agreed upon beforehand in writing. We use state-of-the-art technology to prevent unauthorized users from accessing your work.

Do I own the equipment that you install?

YES. All of the equipment installed by us is owned by you. The only exceptions would be certain appliances such as modems, copiers, post machines, etc., that may be leased to you by a 3rd party vendor. A.G.E. Technology Group does not retain ownership of any equipment at your business.

What types of businesses and organizations do you cater to?

We provide services to businesses and organizations of all types and sizes. We have clients in several different fields which include property management, professional graphic design, private security firms, fire departments, police departments, campgrounds, marinas, and more!

Do you only sell certain products to your customers?

No, we do not push certain products on our customer based on profit margins. We are security and efficiency focused. All of our designs reflect these principles.

What if I have an emergency in the middle of the night?

A.G.E. Technology Group provides emergency service 24/7/365. However, the systems we design and maintain experience very little downtime. Our clients with service contracts receive priority emergency service for free or at reduced cost. (Situationally dependent)

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. We are fully licensed and insured to perform all work at your business. Some jurisdictions require special licenses and permits to run low voltage wiring. In this case, we partner with local electrical contractors to complete your installation.
